Stunning Illusionary 3D Murals
You’ve Got to See With Your Own Eyes
by www.SixWise.com
Artist John Pugh’s masterpieces are not hanging in museums or galleries; rather they adorn sides of buildings in public and residential areas, and can be seen by anyone who passes.
The murals, which often paint the story of the area where they are positioned, are far from ordinary.
Pugh specializes in “trompe l’oeil,” or “trick of the eye” art, and his murals trick viewers into seeing amazing 3D scences on flat surfaces. The photos that follow are just a sampling of Pugh’s work … and even in photo form you can get an idea of how incredible the murals truly are.
