Halle Berry Acceptance Speech for Razzie Award!
During her acceptance speech Halle “thanks Warner Bros for putting her in this piece of sh@! Movie” and she thanked all the writers and fellow actors including her agent and fellow actor whom she asked to join her on stage during her acceptance speech! (Sorry that the sound track is off and there are spliced black screen segments, but this is someone’s home video camera, which is all we could find online).
As you can see, the Razzie Awards are all in good fun. Even this year’s nominee Sandra Bullock, for the film All About Steve, is in good spirits. She told USA Today:
“"Thank God, that film is finally being recognized for something. They don't get it now but in 10 years it is going to have a cult following. If I win, I am so showing up. I have to enjoy that as much as getting an Oscar nomination. It is the great balance in our business.”
What’s the Criteria?
According to Razzies.com:
“To appear on this list [of potential Razzie contenders], a film must have played at least a one-week / regular admission engagement in either Los Angeles or New York (Manhattan) commencing during calendar year 2010, thus qualifying it for both Golden Raspberry® and Academy Award® consideration.”
