Neeto! New Poo Powered VW Car...
Very First Human Waste Powered Vehicle?!
by www.SixWise.com
If you travel to Bristol, England, you may catch a glimpse of the “Bio-Bug” -- a VW Beetle that’s powered by human waste (and states as much proudly on the side!).
Reportedly, 70 households’ worth of processed human waste is enough to fuel the Bio-Bug for one year, or 10,000 miles. How it works is still being kept under wraps, but involves producing methane from sewage, and then treating the methane with a new top-secret process called “biogras upgrading.”
This “green” vehicle brings new meaning to the typical “gas-powered” car! Photo source: Neeto.com
